Insights

Your trades already know what to fix next

Why we built Insights

Most trading journals hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. Win rate, expectancy, Sharpe, forty charts, and the job of working out what they mean is still yours. We think that's homework, not help. Insights reads every trade you close, the rules you kept, the ones you broke and the mood you were in, and turns your own history into one instruction. Never a tip. Never a market call. Just the habit costing you most.

From forty charts to one instruction

Every pattern in your history is scored and ranked, so you open Tracktions to a single fix, not a research project.

Confidence, stated plainly

Each insight says how much data stands behind it, so ten trades are never treated like three hundred.

Discipline, priced in R

Breaking your own rules has a cost. Tracktions itemises it, so “be more disciplined” becomes a number you can actually shrink.

One leak, one fix

The costliest habit arrives with a single change to make, not a lecture.

Habits hide in sequences

A revenge trade looks ordinary on its own. Tracktions reads the order of your trades to catch what single-trade stats cannot.

Questions traders ask

How do I find my biggest trading mistakes?

Log trades with the rule you followed or broke and, when you break one, the reason. Tracktions costs every rule break, root cause and mistake tag in R and ranks them, so the most expensive mistake is always at the top.

What is discipline tax in trading?

Discipline tax is the R you lose by not following your own trading plan. Tracktions computes it as the gap between the average R of your disciplined and undisciplined trades, multiplied by the number of undisciplined trades.

How does Tracktions decide which insight to show first?

Each insight is scored on R impact, how recent the pattern is, how many trades support it and how actionable it is. Insights are then sorted by that score and labelled critical, warning or positive.

How many trades do I need before insights appear?

Most insights start at 10 closed trades. Timing and fatigue patterns need 15, and psychology patterns such as revenge trading and tilt need 20. Confidence labels tell you how much data backs each insight.

Can Tracktions detect revenge trading and FOMO?

Yes. Revenge trades are found from the mood, tags and root causes you log, and from rule-breaking re-entries within 15 minutes of a loss. FOMO comes from rule-break root causes, and tilt from loss streaks followed by more trading. Each pattern shows how often it happens and what it costs.
