Progress

Know exactly what your next milestone is

Why we built Progress

Most traders measure progress in rupees, so a lucky month feels like growth and a disciplined losing month feels like failure. Money is a lagging signal. Progress tracks what comes first: following your rules, logging your context and building a sample big enough to trust. Five stages, one clear milestone at a time.

Five stages from framework to scale

Each stage has one milestone, measured on your best playbook. Reach it and the next stage unlocks, along with what you can now trust.

What counts as disciplined

Only trades that followed every rule of their playbook move you forward. Close enough does not count.

  • 6 trade(s) without a playbook. These don't count toward your edge milestone.
  • 31% of your trades in the last 14 days were impulse trades. Stay disciplined to progress.

Guardrails, not shortcuts

Impulse trades are called out instead of quietly padding your numbers.

Grade the process, not the P&L

Five habits, weighted into one consistency score from A to F. You can earn an A in a losing week, and that is exactly the point.

Questions traders ask

How do I track my progress as a trader?

Track process before profit. Tracktions moves you through five stages, from building a playbook to scaling a proven one, and grades your weekly habits with a consistency score, so improvement is visible long before it shows up in P&L.

What is a disciplined trade in Tracktions?

A closed trade that is tagged to a playbook, has its rule checklist logged and followed every rule. Only disciplined trades count toward the 30 and 100 trade milestones.

How is the consistency score calculated?

It weights five habits: risk consistency and rule adherence at 25% each, trade tagging at 20%, and planned trades and market and mood tagging at 15% each. The result is graded A from 85, B from 70, C from 55, D from 40 and F below that.

How many trades do I need before I can trust my results?

Tracktions uses 30 disciplined trades for early pattern analysis and 100 to confirm discipline, then looks for an SQN of 2.5 or more on disciplined trades before treating a strategy as a statistical edge.

Do badges reward profitable trades?

No. Badges reward habits such as setting stops and targets, high-compliance executions, journaling and tagging. Profit is the result Tracktions measures, not the behaviour it rewards.
